Job 1. Oracle DBA
偏重 database design, data modelling, 熟练使用Erwin,英文沟通流利，需要与北美同事直接沟通。

Responsibilities:
•        Responsible for relational database design and modeling including Conceptual Data Model, Logical Data Model and Physical Data Model of complex web applications.
•        Responsible for database warehouse modeling and business intelligence support of data hub relevant applications.
•        Responsible for database normalization and optimization, database infrastructure design and implementation, Support of high availability business critical databases.
•        Responsible for management of database infrastructure, maintaining the production databases, performing backup and recovery tasks, tweaking and optimizing the overall performance of the Database.
•        Work as a Development DBA, liaising with the in-house Development teams, writing code in SQL and PL/SQL and assisting the Developers where necessary.
•        Work closely with data architect to create and maintenance data architecture, database schema and lead Bestshore data architecture design.
•        Work as a Bestshore data migration lead to support customer to implement data migration.
•        Work closely with onshore and offshore Project Manager/Project Lead, Delivery Manager, System Architect, Test Manager and Product Supporter, and drive offshore design/development to completion.

Qualifications:
•        B.A. / B.S. in information systems and/or software engineering / computer science or related field and 3+ years’ related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
•        Experience with any of these software technologies is a big plus: WebSphere Application Server, HP-UX, CA Erwin Data Modeler and Informatica etc.
•        Proficiency of databases design, modeling and data warehouse as Oracle 10g and / or 11g.
•        Proficiency of database performance, monitoring tools and tuning procedures, familiar with Oracle 10g and / or 11g RMAN, Data guard, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), and Scripting (SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell) etc.
•        Proficiency of database management, including Oracle 10g and / or 11g Installations, Upgrades, Migrations, Tweaking, Patching, Backup and Recovery etc.
•        Proficiency of database high availability, familiar with Oracle 10g and / or 11g RAC and Replication etc.
•        Solid skills in productivity factors and ability to understand impact of problem on overall database performance.
•        Knowledge of fault detection and resolution processes.
•        In additional, experience in MS SQL 2005/2008 is a big plus.
•        Good communication skills and team-working spirit.

Job 2. Oracle Application DBA
This DBA position is responsible for provide services of database support of Oracle. A qualified candidate should be able to:
        Work with domestic/oversea counterparts to support of application teams with database requests
        Resolving database related application performance issues.
        Solving ad-hoc application issues related to Oracle database
        Perform tasks to evaluate capacity and advise on and execute capacity management activities
        Some knowledge of manufacturing environment preferred.
        Database jobs and space monitoring. Perform tuning activities and DB Performance checks for Applications
        Follow configuration management procedures.  Advise on configuration management improvements.
        Documentation - providing Support documentation on status and environments,
Tracking communications as required and defined within support processes.
                                                                                                                                                                                      
        Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or Engineering related area;
        At least 5 years practical  experience in Oracle administration working
        Excellent knowledge in SQL is required.
        Experienced in BI/DW is plus
        Team-working attitude with strong desire to learn and search
        Fluent English is a plus. Good English communication skills, with the ability to present resolution to foreign customers in a clear and comprehensible way
        Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment. Can adapt to overlap works due to time difference
        Exceptional interpersonal and team skills, Excellent Customer Service Focus (focus on customer as the top priority, keep abreast of customer needs and priorities, and provide value to the customer)
        Good time management skills, ability to multi-task and handle pressure without compromising level of customer service or required detail

Job 3.  Data Modeler
        Required
o        Expertise in data warehouse logical data model design
        Able to identify and figure out required data entities, their respective attributes and the entity relationships for certain data warehousing application, module, or functionality
        Able to capture and consolidate the key data model design points such as dimensions, hierarchies, measures, data cardinalities and refer referential integrity information.
o         Expertise in data warehouse physical data model design
        Experienced in ERwin, Power Designer, or other data modeler tools. Aware how to apply unified naming standards for automatic mapping from logical data model to physical data model
        Familiar with Data Warehousing architecture and its related ETL and reporting methodologies.
        Experienced in SQL
        Experienced in Oracle RDBMS
        Basic knowledge and skills in UNIX
o        Ability to work globally in a virtual team, effectively cooperating with business users, developer teams, support teams and other members to complete projects
o        Good documentation and communication skills
o        Excellent independent problem-solving skills
        Nice to Have
o        Knowledgeable in ETL & BI tools (Informatica, Oracle Sales Analyzer, Siebel Analytics, BO)
o        Knowledgeable in UML
o        Knowledgeable in Enterprise Application Integration
o        Good understanding of Oracle 10g/11g features
