Job Title: Business Intelligence-Oracle DBA(English)Working Location: DL/SH
Job Responsibility
• Provide Technical expertise as part of a team of technical specialists delivering excellent on-demand database management service to IBM global clients. Main responsibilities include:
• Installation, administration, maintenance, implementation of database system.
• Monitoring database performance and heath, solving the problem timely and correctly in a professional manner.
• Performing database version upgrade, patch application, clone.
• Performing database backup and recovery.
• Performing database troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• May be required to perform overtime activities and on-call support for clients in a different time zone.
Requirement
1. 2+ years experience as an Oracle DBA or Oracle applications DBA.
2. Must have solid Oracle administration fundamental skills, Experience with Linux or other Unix platforms, PL/SQL programming skills, and shell scripting.
3. Preferred to have: OEM, RAC, RMAN, Dataguard skills, Oracle Applications.
4. Excellent communication skills in English or Japanese, both written and spoken.
5. Problem solving and customer services skills are a must.
Holders of Oracle certificate (OCA/OCP/OCM) would have an added advantage.

Requirement
1. 2+ years experience as a Microsoft SQL Server DBA;
2. Must have solid SQL Server administration and development skills;
3. Experience in the following areas is preferred: supporting a high-availability production Microsoft SQL environment, Windows Clustering/Networking, administrating a Windows environment;
4. Excellent communication skills in English or Japanese, both written and spoken;
5. Problem solving and customer services skills are a must.
Holders of MCDBA, MCTS or MCITP would have an added advantage.
