目前我在一家猎头公司工作，在上海这边，负责的职位IT行业的居多，咨询行业，it公司以及企业内部的机会都会有，职位从技术总监到一两年的开发人员都会涉及到。

具体职位介绍如下

Position Title：Microsoft SQL Server DBA / 微软SQL Server 数据库支持工程师
Position Category：Financial Services
Employment Type：Full-Time Regular
Location：Shanghai
Experience Required：1 - 3 Years
Education Required：Bachelors Degree
Travel Percentage：10

Position Description：
• SQL Server Production Support – monitoring and troubleshooting (50%)
• SQL Server Administration (50%)
• SQL Server 产品支持 — 监控和解决问题 (50%)
• SQL Server 数据库管理员 (50%)

Position Requirements：

Competencies: Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

Functional Competencies:
• proficient on SQL Server Production Support and problem solving is a must
• Basic Perl script skills is a must
• Sybase DB experience is a strong plus
• Oracle DB experience is a plus
• Good English skill – to be able to read and write emails and communicate with customer over phone is a must
• To be able to work independently is a must
• SQL Server数据库产品支持和管理工作经验是必须
• 基本Basic编程能力是必须
• Sybase数据库经验优先
• Oracle数据库经验优先
• 良好的英语听说读写能力是必须
• 独立分析和解决问题的能力是必须
• 能够在压力下工作，愿意适当出差
